In today's marketplace, there is absolutely no reason for Realtors and Mortgage Professionals to maintain the typical donuts, fruit basket, postcards, and lunches out type of relationship that once permeated the residential real estate sphere.

Though we may very well be happy with the Realtors and Lenders we work with, there is power in information, and we should be working to glean as much of this from our respective camps as possible.
